DELIVERY - The When, Where and How? 

When will I receive my order

At the moment, our larger items, such as wallets, passport wallets etc. are on 2 weeks processing times. Smaller items, such as luggage tags, keyring etc. are on 3-5 days. 

For bespoke orders processing times vary depending on what item you are wanting and if a pattern will need making first. 

If I have a large number of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. I work alone on your handmade items so please forgive me! 

If there is a significant delay in processing your order I will contact you to explain. 

Please allow additional days for delivery, exact times depend on the level of postage you have chosen. 

Where will it be shipped too

I can only ship to the address that you provide, if an incorrect address is inputted and you realise before posting, I will cancel the order so you can re-order using the correct address. If you realise the incorrect address after postage, then unfortunately we have to wait for your item to be returned to myself, where I can then send it to the correct address at an additional postage cost to yourself, the amount of time it takes to be returned can be a few months, so please make sure I have the correct postal address.

My website is for UK only at this time, apologies. 

How much does your postage cost? 

Exact postage cost will be shown on checkout but for a guide price:

First Class - £4.50 - 1-2 Business Days

Standard - £3.90 - 3-5 Business Days

Next Day - £6.50 - Before 1pm on the day after processing times

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially around holiday times, so please order in enough time to allocate for delays. There isn't much I can do about postal delays, however, I will do my best to help. All our items are sent using Royal Mail who set there lost postage days, and these are what I also have to work too, for First Class I have to wait 20 business days before I can report as lost post. Please bare this information in mind if you happen to have a lost parcel. Please do inform me after the times shown above if your item hasn't arrived and I can speak to them to find out where it is. 

Will I be told once my item has been posted

Of course you will, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once I have taken your item to the Post Office. If you have upgraded to Next Day a tracking code will be included in the email. 

What do I do if my package arrives damaged

In the unfortunate case that your item is delivered damaged, please take photos of the packaging damage, as well as the item damage and email where I will assist you further. If no photos are sent of the damage, then I will be unable to help with your complaint.
